هذا الكتاب المقدس يحتوي على نشرة في بداية الكتاب التي تقدم بعض المقاطع الكتابية المختارة من الكتاب المقدس. وهذه المقاطع تقدم لنا خبرات بعض الرجال والنساء الذين تركوا بلادهم باحثين عن مكان آخر ليعيشوا فيه.

إن الفصول السبعة – في هذه النشرة – تتوافق مع مراحل مختلفة من الرحلة، الى أن يستقر المسافر في بلد جديد. ويتضمن كل فصل عدّة مقاطع للقراءة والتفكير فيها. وبغرض مساعدة القارئ على فهم كل مقطع، فإن هناك مقدمة تليها أسئلة وإقتراحات.

ومن خلال اتباع كل خطوة من الخطوات، سوف يكتشف القارئ أيضّا أن بعض الشهادات والصلوات التي تشارك بها الآخرون من أماكن مختلفة، حتمًا تعكس رحلته هو(أو رحلتها هي) الخاصة.

إن هذه النشرة، أعدتها جمعيات الكتاب المقدس، وقد ترجمة الى عدة لغات، وقد تم تطويرها بالتعاون مع مجموعة من الأشخاص المهاجرين.

At the beginning of this Bible, there is a bulletin that offers some selected passages from the Bible. These passages talk about some men and women who have left their countries in search of other places to live in..

The seven chapters – in this 116 pages bulletin – correspond to the different stages of the journey, starting from the beginning until the traveler settles in a new country.

Each chapter contains several passages to read and think about. In order to help the reader understand each section, there is an introduction, followed by questions and suggestions for deeper learning.

By following each of the stages, the reader will discover that some testimonies and prayers that others have shared from many different places, actually are a reflection of his/her own journey.

This bulletin, prepared by the Bible Societies, has been translated into several languages and has been developed in collaboration with a group of immigrants.
