Returns:

Lebanon: We accept returns within a week of purchase if the product is still in the same condition as when it was delivered

All other countries: We do not accept returns.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds, however, exchanges are allowed if the product to be exchanged is still in good condition. The customer will have to pay the delivery fees for the exchange, or they can visit our bookshop.

Shipping:

Bible Society offers worldwide shipping through DHL and Aramex.

Bible Society is not responsible for delays or issues once orders are dispatched. However, we will follow up and do the necessary to ensure orders are delivered should any issues arise.

Tracking

Once the order is out from our warehouse, a tracking code is sent to the customer to allow him to track his order.

Check your email, including the spam folder, for the tracking code email.

Pick Up from store

Only available in Lebanon.

You may put in your order and choose to pick it up from our store in Bauchrieh.

Note that an order will be put aside and reserved for a week. After that, if it has still not been picked up, the order will be canceled.

Cash on delivery is available in Lebanon Only.
