We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging (when applicable). To start a return, email us at [info@biblesociety.org.lb] with your order details.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank/card issuer).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Shipping, Duties, and Customs
For international shipments, delivery times may be affected by customs processing. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping:
Bible Society offers worldwide shipping through DHL and Aramex.
Bible Society is not responsible for delays or issues once orders are dispatched. However, we will follow up and do the necessary to ensure orders are delivered should any issues arise.
Tracking
Once the order is out from our warehouse, a tracking code is sent to the customer to allow him to track his order.
Check your email, including the spam folder, for the tracking code email.
Pick Up from store
Only available in Lebanon.
You may put in your order and choose to pick it up from our store in Bauchrieh.
Note that an order will be put aside and reserved for a week. After that, if it has still not been picked up, the order will be canceled.
Cash on delivery is available in Lebanon Only.
